2025 Tri-County Tournament Registration

Registration is now closed for 2025.

Please use the buttons on this page to fill out the appropriate registration form (adults/juniors & singles/doubles).
You’ll need to fill out a separate form for each event (singles & doubles) that you want to participate in.
For doubles, only one partner needs to fill out the form. There is space in the form to list your partner. If the partner also wants to play singles, they will have to fill out a separate form.

Tennis Fest!

Note that this year we’re trying something new – Tennis Fest! Just before the women’s and men’s singles finals on July 27th, we’ll have a couple hours of tennis fun: Sit with your friends under the big tent while you enjoy selections from food trucks by Long Road Home (savory entrées) and Scrolls Ice Cream and live music by the Flying d’Rito Brothers. Then join the on-court activities, including a radar gun to measure your serve speed, the opportunity to demo a wide range of new rackets, and even a Red Ball demonstration by the USTA. Then, once these activities wind down, we start the men’s and women’s open finals. Bring your lawn chair and take in the best tennis around!
A $15 per-person fest charge is included in your registration fee, but every participant gets those $15 back as vouchers to use at the Tennis Fest food trucks! You can purchase food that day, as well. Bring the family and friends!

Registration fees:

Singles – $50 per entrant (inclusive of $15 of Tennis Fest bucks)
Doubles – $100 per team (inclusive of $30 Tennis Fest bucks)

All entry fees are due at time of registration.

Note – Requests for refunds are generally disfavored and will be allowed only upon a showing of exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Tri-County Tennis, Inc. See our FAQ page for more.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the Better Banks Tri-County Tournament, players must be able to establish a strong tie to the Peoria/Tazewell/Woodford County, Illinois area.  Examples of such ties are that the player lives/lived in the area, works or has worked in the area, or is/was enrolled in school in the area.

A few additional notes:

  • Select which division (open, recreational, or age group) you’d like to compete in, but please note, sometimes we have to consolidate age groups because of the number of entries. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone and make for a competitive, yet fair, tournament.
  • If you are entering two doubles divisions – primarily meaning that you are entering mixed as well as another division – you’ll have to fill out a separate entry form for that second division.
  • If you have questions regarding the open vs. recreational divisions, as a broad rule of thumb, if you played tennis in high school or college, you likely should be in the open. Email us if you have further questions at team@tricountytennis.com.
  • We’re running consolation matches again this year, so every player is guaranteed at least two matches!
  • Every registrant gets a t-shirt and other goodies, including those Tennis Fest voucher bucks!
  • If you are unable to attend Tennis Fest, we can arrange for you to give your vouchers to another person.

See you on the courts!
